Hi, I’m Dr. Kraaijvanger.
I am a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Nurse.
I will assist you in achieving an improved sense of health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. My interest includes helping people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, separation, divorce, life transitions, infertility, miscarriage, illness, grief, loss, stress management, parenting, career difficulties, and lifestyle behavioral changes such as weight management, smoking cessation, sleep difficulties and physical activity changes.
I am here for you.
I know that it can feel scary or uncomfortable to reach out and talk to someone you have never met before. It can feel overwhelming to make that call to connect. But I will make sure that you are met with warmth and compassion. I personally call back all potential clients, and we will spend about 15 minutes just getting to know each other. I want you to feel comfortable right from the start, knowing that this process takes courage to take that first step.
My goal is to try to help you achieve your best life. This might look different from someone else’s life, as it should. You are uniquely you. I will work with you to achieve your goals and feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your life.
