Feel more connected to yourself and those in your life

Couples Therapy

Sometimes it feels as if you are truly alone, not being seen or heard by your partner. There may be past hurt that is unresolved or arguments and disconnections that seem unending. These issues are painful and difficult to talk about, and I am committed to helping you and your significant other work through the issues that are holding you back from a deeper sense of connection and resolution.

Therapy will help both people feel heard and understood, that you each have a place in the relationship. Whether this is to stay together or separate amicably, our work together will help you decide what is best for you and your future. Learn more…

You can be heard and find clarity.

Family Therapy

Sometimes it feels like the constant fighting is endless, that no one is on the same page. It may feel as if depression, anxiety, or relational issues are causing the family to fall apart. Even in a house full of people, it may feel like no one talks, everyone just goes their separate ways. These issues make it hard to convey what we want to say without an argument or disconnection.

Therapy can help family members learn new patterns of communication and behavior modification to help break the ongoing cycle of disengagement in their lives. Learn more…

You can stop fighting and reconnect.

Health Psychology

Dealing with health concerns can feel overwhelming and isolating. Illness can make your life feel as if it has been hijacked. Maybe it is all you can think or talk about, or maybe you just wish everyone would leave you alone and stop asking how you are. I am here to help you navigate through this journey.

Therapy can help you learn how the mind and body work together to achieve the best lifestyle possible. We will work on how you react and cope with your health and how to recognize that you are so much more than the diagnosis itself. Learn more…

Feel supported during your health journey.

Sometimes common activities that others take for granted can become a struggle. You may feel overwhelmed with stress or anxiety. You may feel like it is difficult to get out of bed some days, unable to feel pleasure doing things that once brought joy. Feeling stressed, misunderstood and isolated can be frustrating and dejecting, but you do not need to struggle alone.

Therapy for Health Care Providers

Coping with the pressure and stress of being a health professional can be a challenge especially in today’s world. The risks, hours, schedule, and emotional and physical demands can be exhausting. Having the responsibility of caring for people is rewarding and can be heartbreaking at times. Trying to balance family and friends on top of this can feel overwhelming.
